Common questions
Do you actually execute real sells on Polymarket?
Yes. When your stop loss triggers, we submit a real Fill-or-Kill market order via Polymarket's CLOB API using your encrypted credentials.
Is my private key safe?
Your key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and decrypted only at the moment of order execution. We never store plaintext keys. We recommend using a dedicated wallet with limited funds.
What if I'm offline?
Client-side monitoring runs every 5 seconds when you have the page open. When you're away, our server-side cron checks prices periodically as a fallback.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, one click from the pricing page. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
What wallets do you support?
Any Polygon-compatible wallet: MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, OKX, Phantom, and more. For subscription payments, any wallet that supports ERC-20 approvals.
What if my stop loss doesn't execute?
